As part of the cry for revival, there must be preparation and mobilization of a new breed of leaders: an inter-congregational, interdependent five-fold leadership model ready for 21st century challenges. PureSpring Institute is encouraging emerging and existing leaders to extend the Kingdom of God by becoming prophetic voices.

Prophetic leadership issues a call to break from the old order and to herald in the new. The prophets wake up the church to become a prophetic voice to the culture around it. In these rapidly changing times, the prophetic voice is coming out of exile to boldly proclaim the truth and extend the reign of God to this region and beyond. PureSpring Institute offers a Fast Track Activation school over a 90-day period to equip and mobilize those with such a prophetic call.

Rev. Kathleen Verna, co-founder and director of PureSpring International Ministries, represents a fourth generation legacy of ministry and is a significant prophetic voice locally and globally. Locally, she serves on the Crosstown Church planting team with her husband Ronald Verna in Roxbury, MA and is an active board member of Greater Boston Legal Services and Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation. Answering a global missional call, she has traveled throughout the United States, South Africa, Spain, Canada, and the Caribbean. Kathleen is a Spirit-led discerner of times and seasons and releases a profound message through music and Word.

The School of Prophetic Leadership is designed specifically to equip and prepare emerging and existing prophetic ministry with the tools and practices needed to be Spirit-bearing change agents in congregations and community.

The 90-day Fast Track Program is an accelerated learning experience of Four Seminar Intensives that culminates with a Closing ceremony of prayer and commissioning.
