Parental Rights:
Introduction to statewide opt out info and forms
Janet Aldrich writes: I want to give you an update on the opt out forms for opt out Bill H1050...the opt in Bill H1445, and the gays confusing attempt to make compulsive the following health curriculum H1641 of which you need to check out for yourselves...if you have been listening to the news it seems the parental rights subject is being addressed in the courts and will sever all parental rights at the schoolhouse door if we do not react soon and very soon to this problem.
It is not all about marriage it is about indoctrination of tiny children into the gay mindset predisposing children to choose this lifestyle before family values are in place to offset this.
Every parent has the right to inspect the policy of their school district. The policy update for each school has to be mailed from the Principals of each school to the Superintendants office by law September first of every year. 3 laws apply here...MGL chapt 71, section 32A. referred to as the Parental Notification Law.page 84 of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Health Curriculum Frameworks,.and Federal law known as the Pupils Rights Act, page 84 and 85, applies to programs funded through the US dept of Education. The Statute 20, USC 1232h, page 84 of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Health Curriculum Frameworks, and a third law MGL Chapter 69 Section 1C deals with Nutrition, Health Services, and other Related Issues, AIDS/HIV prevention Education Policy Regarding Condom Availability in Schools. page 85 of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Health Curriculum Frameworks.
These laws clearly spell out the rights of parents and guardians to inspect and request information from their Principal. These laws also give parents the right to remove the child, children, and have approved a curriculum that will give the proper amount of time to the reproductive system according to the parents theology or ideology. Please understand this request was what put David Parker in jail as he attempted to follow the normal channels for inspecting the curriculum of his Kindergarten son in Lexington.
On pages 38 and 39 of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Health Curriculum Framework, Oct. 99, PreK-12 Standard 4 Reproductive /Sexuality section objectives are stated for all levels...
Please invest some time into these pages and request info from website http://doc.mass.edu, and if that does not do it call the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Dept of Education, 781 338 3000, or write 380 Main St. Malden Massachusetts, 02148-5023 ask for the legal dept...
Note: my observation of all state beaurocracies...they love forms..yet here is an example where the state is avoiding forms, why? To intimidate maybe? So a good parent should request new statewide forms to sign and fill out that spell out the objectives the state wants instead of the curriculum to sex our children....We can call our Reps and demand this before December is over as the new administration will be very uninterested in this process unless we are able to elect people who have these values. Someone will love the notoriaty of this I am sure...it needs to be addressed...yet only taxes is heard on every candidate lips...so what about the 16 million spent on this stuff...
We are looking at a case in point of really dirty politics...lets clean em up and do your homework and advocate for innocence in the schools..we only have our kids to loose folks and what is more important than the soul of a child...remember better to tie a rock to your foot than harm one of these little ones, Jesus said....
